Job Title
• Tech - X-ray/Rad Tech

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, no shift ( evenings)

Key Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radiographic equipment that produces ionizing radiation.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while demonstrating knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
• Adhere to radiation protection principles and specialized techniques for radiologic procedures.
• Maintain accurate imaging records and operate imaging equipment effectively.
• Assist in patient care related to radiologic services, including managing various patient needs based on age and condition.
• May be required to handle on-call and weekend rotations as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Radiology program.
• Current Radiologic Technologist registration with the State of Illinois.
• BLS Certification.
• ARRT Certification.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and handle patient care in possibly communicable disease environments.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience with CT imaging is preferred.
• Familiarity with radiation safety protocols.
