• Full-time, Night shifts (12-hour nights)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units within an acute care hospital setting.
• Monitor and record patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Utilize EPIC electronic charting system for documentation.
• Float within scope to meet hospital needs, including potential coverage in adjacent facilities.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Illinois (or applicable compact license).
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry units.
• ACLS, NIH, and BLS certifications are required.
• EPIC charting experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a Magnet-level hospital or Level Trauma center.
• Comfortable floating within hospital departments and facilities.
• Strong documentation skills and knowledge of electronic health records.
