- Full-time, Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assessment and treatment for patients with speech and language disorders in a clinical, acute care setting.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and independent judgment to deliver individualized patient care.
- Maintain clinical competency through ongoing continuing education and adherence to professional standards.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines and participate in departmental activities and initiatives.
- Supervise students when available, supporting the educational development of future clinicians.
- Comply with departmental procedures, productivity standards, and prioritization of patient care.
Required Qualifications
- CCC-SLP certification
- State of Maryland license (pending licensure approval acceptable)
- Must meet travel compliance requirements (Tier 1)
- Ability to work day shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Familiarity with ASHA standards highly desirable
