Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 13-week travel contract, Days shifts, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a clinic setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility policies.
• Engage with patients to promote healing and foster a positive rehabilitation environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation technology and modalities.
• Experience working in a travel or temporary position is a plus.
