Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize clinic workflow.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics is not required, but adaptability is valued.

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week; OT hours require prior approval.
• Willingness to accept local or travel assignments; local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is a plus.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not mandatory.
