• Full-time, 12-hour day shifts, rotating weekends and holidays, 36 hours per week, 12-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Work variable day/night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
• Follow established clinical protocols and documentation procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Work scheduled hours within a 12-week assignment, with potential overtime opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days only, with rotating weekends and holidays
• Must be able to commit to the 12-week assignment starting mid-summer 2025
• Willingness to work in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in LTC or SNF environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent documentation and communication skills

• This assignment is local, within an 80-mile radius.
• Local adjusted bill rate: $8.00 less than standard rate, with similar reduction for OT.
• No charge differential at designated facilities.
• No on-call or callback responsibilities.
• If housing is utilized, local rates apply.
• Guarantee of 36 hours per week for 12-hour shifts.
• A $500 fee applies if the clinician withdraws or quits with less than a 14-day notice.
