Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Work variable day/night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
- Follow established clinical protocols and documentation procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Work scheduled hours within a 12-week assignment, with potential overtime opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days only, with rotating weekends and holidays
- Must be able to commit to the 12-week assignment starting mid-summer 2025
- Willingness to work in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent documentation and communication skills

Additional Details
- This assignment is local, within an 80-mile radius.
- Local adjusted bill rate: $8.00 less than standard rate, with similar reduction for OT.
- No charge differential at designated facilities.
- No on-call or callback responsibilities.
- If housing is utilized, local rates apply.
- Guarantee of 36 hours per week for 12-hour shifts.
- A $500 fee applies if the clinician withdraws or quits with less than a 14-day notice.
