Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care in the main operating room for various procedures including total joints, spine, transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics.
• Assist with perioperative patient management before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR system.
• Adhere to unit policies, guidelines, and safety standards, including participating in call shifts as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent OR nursing experience.
• Experience with transplant procedures preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
• Certified as a surgical RN or with relevant perioperative certifications.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• 3+ years of OR nursing experience.
• Experience working with transplant patients and complex surgeries.
• Familiarity with advanced surgical equipment and robotics.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
