Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

• Location: Chattanooga, TN
• Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, nights, 13-week travel assignment, 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced ER environment
  • Perform and assist with various emergency procedures, maintaining patient safety and comfort
  • Utilize hospital-specific documentation system (Meditech) for accurate patient records
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including techs and secretaries, to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Float between ED units and overflow areas as needed, maintaining flexibility and professionalism
• Required Qualifications:
  • Active RN license in the state of Tennessee
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI
  • Minimum of 2 years ER experience
• Preferred Experience / Skills:
  • Strong sepsis and stroke management skills
  • Experience with tech equipment such as Hillrom, Stryker, GE monitors, and LifePak defibrillators
  • Certification in chest pain and stroke care is a plus
