Key Responsibilities
• Assist surgical team with clinical procedures and maintaining sterile environment
• Prepare surgical instruments and equipment for procedures
• Support patient positioning and documentation during surgeries
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
• Coordinate with nurses and physicians to facilitate smooth surgical operations

Required Qualifications
• Relevant surgical technician certification or license
• Prior experience in surgical or sterile tech roles
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts reliably
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in a surgical or OR setting, especially in a hospital environment
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment handling
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
