Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide rehabilitative services to promote patient recovery and mobility.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
• Support patient care by preparing treatment areas and handling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Good knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy setting is preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
