Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with prescribed treatment plans.
• Complete documentation directly with ATI outside of the staffing agency’s clearance process before starting the assignment.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding dress code and equipment usage during interviews and shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Current active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in setting up and managing therapy sessions.
• Ability to complete documentation with ATI and meet credentialing requirements.
• Availability to start on 12/15.
• Provided equipment during interview.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a similar outpatient or clinical setting.
• Knowledge of billing and documentation procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

• Shift hours: Days.
• Bill Rate: $80.00/hour.
• GWW (Gross Weekly Wage): 40 hours; paid weekly.
• Overtime: eligible at 1.5x rate.
• Notice period: 30 days.
• Parking will be provided on the first day.
• Dress code details will be supplied during onboarding.
