Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients daily, including follow-up visits
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
• Work up to 40 hours per week with 36 hours guaranteed
• Collaborate with clinic staff and seek approval from the director for any overtime
• Float to other clinics as needed (not applicable in this role)

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Willing to consider new grads and first-time travelers

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Ability to manage a high patient volume and multi-booking appointments
