Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents’ health status and record any changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts.
- CPR and BLS certification preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or senior care setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
