Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, per diem (agency travel assignment)
• Shifts: Days, 4 days per week (Days, 10-hour or 12-hour options)
• No RTO (Request Time Off) from 2/15/26 through 2/28/26

Key Responsibilities
• Provide care during surgical procedures in a Level 1 Trauma 18-bed Operating Room.
• Circulate and scrub on various cases, including Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery.
• Collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EPIC.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols, including immediate fingerprinting and credentialing procedures.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years OR RN experience.
• Experience in Level 1 trauma centers with extensive scrub experience.
• Valid EPIC and BLS certifications.
• Valid compact or state RN license in hand at the time of submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with ENT, GU, Plastics, and Burns cases.
• Prior work at Level 1 Trauma Centers.
• Strong familiarity with EPIC documentation systems.

Additional Notes
• Strict compliance deadline for Ohio fingerprinting: candidates must complete fingerprinting immediately upon signing the contract.
• Travel and credentialing responsiveness are critical for assignment success.
• Candidates outside Ohio within driving distance are required to visit a fingerprinting location promptly. Those farther away will receive a fingerprinting packet for urgent processing.
• RTO requests must be included at submission and built into the contract.
• References: Two professional references required, including at least one from a supervisor or leader; former employees are eligible if they have been away for 6 months or more.
• Candidates should ensure all credentials and licenses are current and valid before submission.
