Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Monitor residents' health status and respond to changing conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Strong clinical skills in long-term care settings
- Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts and adapt to a changing schedule
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to LTC
