Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and clinical standards.
- Monitor patient respiratory status and adjust treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
- Assist in patient education regarding respiratory health and treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license/certification.
- Proven experience in respiratory therapy.
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and handle a high-pressure environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Bilingual abilities (optional).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
