Travel, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases.
• Assist with procedures such as cervical exams, IV starts, FSE and IUPC placements, and circulating cesarean sections.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vitals, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional maternal and neonatal care.
• Adhere to best practices and hospital policies, maintaining accurate documentation in Meditech and Centricity systems.
• Support unit operations, including triage, transport, and responding to emergencies efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• Valid RN license with relevant state licensure.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to rotating schedules.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel or contract experience in labor and delivery units.
• Knowledge of advanced tools such as fetal monitors, Cook's catheters, and fetal pillows.
• Experience with new technologies and participating in a collaborative, growth-oriented team.
