Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting.
- Monitor patient health status, administer medications, and document care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Respond to patient needs promptly and provide education to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience.
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a cardiac medical-surgical unit.
- Travel nursing experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
