Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical analytical procedures in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, serology, urinalysis, coagulation, and phlebotomy as ordered by healthcare providers.
• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with physician or healthcare provider requisitions.
• Perform clinical testing in one or multiple areas of specialization.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laboratory instrumentation.
• Record and evaluate Quality Control data for tests performed.
• Enter test results manually into the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Adhere to the organization’s mission, vision, and values in all laboratory activities.

Required Qualifications

• Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on lab equipment.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting.
• Experience with night shifts and flexible schedule adaptation.
• Familiarity with various laboratory instrumentation and automation.
