Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult, geriatric, and adolescent patients
• Conduct evaluations and assessments using standardized methods, including gross motor assessments
• Manage a caseload of 50 to 55 patients weekly, performing 10-11 visits per day
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in NextGen EHR system
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with all billing, documentation, and clinical standards within ShiftWise Flex platform

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia
• Prior outpatient therapy experience, ideally 1+ years
• Ability to conduct assessments for conditions such as ACL tears, back pain, fractures, and post-operative care
• Strong documentation skills within EHR systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in managing diverse caseloads including orthopedic and neuro conditions
• Knowledge of specific treatment interventions such as rotator cuff repair post-op and vestibular/vertigo management
• Familiarity with outpatient productivity tools and documentation standards
