Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess adult, geriatric, and adolescent patients using established methods.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 to 55 patients per week, with 10-11 visits per day.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using NextGen Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Apply various treatment modalities including gross motor assessments, post-operative care, and non-surgical interventions for conditions such as ACL tears, back pain, rotator cuff injuries, and more.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and standards in all patient care activities.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia or able to obtain licensure.
• Experience with patient evaluation and assessment, including gross motor assessments.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic and neuro rehabilitation techniques.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, specifically NextGen.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Familiarity with treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neuro conditions.
• Recent graduate with relevant clinical experience considered, with flexibility on bill rate.
