Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Execute therapy sessions according to established protocols
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification
- Current state licensure in California or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
- Experience providing pediatric or adult occupational therapy (if specified)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing schedules
