Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Complete necessary documentation with ATI prior to assignment approval.
- Follow licensing and credentialing requirements for seamless onboarding.
- Utilize provided equipment during patient evaluations and treatments.
- Adhere to facility dress code and parking policies.
- Maintain weekly billing cycle and ensure timely documentation for the assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Active physical therapy license in the state of Washington.
- Experience in setting and delivering physical therapy treatments.
- Ability to complete necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
- Availability to start on scheduled date.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a similar clinical setting.
- Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation.
