Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult, geriatric, and adolescent patients
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55+ patients weekly, ensuring timely and effective treatment
• Conduct assessments including fall risk evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) system to document and track patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain professional standards and compliance with clinic protocols

Required Qualifications
• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience or familiarity with outpatient therapy settings preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills
• 1 or more years of clinical experience in physical therapy preferred but open to new graduates
• Proficiency in using NextGen or similar EHR systems
• Knowledge of a wide range of orthopedic and neuro treatment techniques
