Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 13-week assignment, Days shift, 8-hour shifts (typically 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Minnesota
• Proven experience in a clinical occupational therapy setting
• Good communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in local healthcare facilities within an 80-mile radius of assignment location
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• A $500 fee applies if the clinician backs out or quits with less than a 14-day notice
• If housing is utilized through the facility, local rates will apply
