Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures within a busy Level II Trauma surgical unit, including General, GYN, Vascular, ENT/Plastics, Neuro, Orthopedic, Cardiac, Kidney Transplant, and minimally invasive surgeries.
• Function as a Circulator, Scrub, or Surgical Assistant, supporting the surgical team throughout procedures.
• Take call and holiday call as required, ensuring patient support beyond scheduled hours.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Meditech EMR system for all surgical cases.
• Collaborate within a cohesive team committed to delivering optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CST certification with experience in CVOR or equivalent surgical specialties.
• Ability to function effectively in Circulator, Scrub, and Assistant roles.
• DaVinci surgical system trained.
• Willingness to perform all roles and take call/holiday call as needed.
• Reside within 30 minutes of the hospital location.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in Level II Trauma centers.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Meditech EMR documentation.
