- Full-time, travel assignment, nights shift, 13-week duration
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting.
- Administer medications, including IVs, PICC lines, and PEG tubes.
- Perform procedures such as bladder scans, trach care, tube feedings, Foley catheter management, bladder irrigation, and blood administration.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient functional recovery and independence.
- Document patient care using the Meditech system.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Virginia RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least 2 years of Med/Surg or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Rehabilitation experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform complex procedures related to neuro and musculoskeletal rehab.
