- Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy sessions to patients across various age groups
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Proven experience in speech therapy (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Knowledge of pediatric or adult therapy techniques
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
