Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit during night shifts
• Monitor and recognize ECG rhythms, respond to cardiac events appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and safety protocols
• Document patient status accurately and maintain detailed medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent and permanent experience in Medical-Surgical Telemetry
• Ohio license or valid compact license in hand at time of submission
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Willingness to work at least every other holiday
• Current clearance via PBDS Assessment (waived)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with Cleveland Clinic or similar healthcare systems
• Strong telemetry monitoring skills and patient assessment capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
