• Night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for critically ill patients in the ICU, including titrating drips and managing ventilated patients
• Perform total patient care activities such as turning, dressing changes, trach care, and administration of IV medications
• Monitor and operate ICU equipment including ventilators, CRRT, A-line, Bipap, Flow-track, and IV pumps
• Document patient status and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record (Meditech)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain medication titrations and respond to patient emergencies as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year ICU experience, including titrating drips and managing ventilated patients
• Experience with Bipap preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, rotating weekends, and on-call as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with CRRT and transplant patients (Kidney, Pancreas, Liver)
• Strong critical thinking skills and compassionate nature
• Excellent rapport with physicians and team members
