Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapist

Location
• Glenwood Springs, CO

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, outpatient, weekdays with a rotating Saturday schedule
• 4 days per week, 10 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
• Implement therapies to improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Contribute to reducing patient wait times by supporting increased rehabilitation staff

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Colorado PT licensure (or compact license for Colorado)
• At least two years of physical therapy experience, with 3-5 years preferred
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Flu vaccination (no exemption required)

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Strong patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
