Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, days, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in an observation unit within an ambulatory/inpatient facility.
• Follow established clinical protocols and document patient care accurately using Epic charting software.
• Collaborate with medical team to monitor patient status and ensure quality care delivery.
• Float within scope to sister facilities as needed, including downtown, main, and west campus locations.
• Adhere to all facility policies, including mandatory orientations at the work site.
• Maintain compliance with hospital and state licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina RN license in hand prior to start date.
• Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.
• SC State/Compact RN licensure.
• Radiation badge (if applicable).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in an observation or ambulatory care setting.
• Ability to work a block schedule and adapt to floating across facilities.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
