Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
• Utilize clinical skills to perform gross motor assessments, fall risk assessments, and develop treatment plans.
• Manage caseloads with an average of 55 patient visits per week, ensuring quality care and documentation.
• Treat a variety of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative recovery, and postural dysfunction.
• Independently provide services in a clinic setting, as the role does not involve clinic management or supervision.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 1+ years of outpatient therapy experience
• Strong assessment skills and ability to develop appropriate treatment plans
• Professional business casual attire and a team-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations
• Familiarity with common musculoskeletal and post-operative conditions
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
