Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

• Margate, FL

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, travel assignment, days shift, 13-week duration, approximately 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the EP and Cath Lab units focusing on electrophysiology and interventional cardiology procedures
• Assist with procedures such as pacemaker placements, ablations, Cryoablation, Watchman devices, and other electrophysiology interventions
• Monitor patient status and respond to clinical needs during complex cardiac procedures
• Document procedures and patient responses utilizing Meditech and MacLab systems
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RN, RCIS, RT, CVT staff, and department leaders to ensure quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current ACLS certification
• EKG training and proficiency
• Prior experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology lab, including scrubbing procedures
• Ability to work 10.5-hour day shifts, 4 days per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Hands-on experience with Pacemakers, Ablations (all types), Watchman, and Cryoablation procedures
• Adaptability to a clinical setting requiring independence and quick thinking
