Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care within the Operating Room for a variety of surgical procedures.
• Assist in maintaining patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure efficient and effective operative procedures.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as DaVinci Robot, Neurospine microscope, and endovascular suites.
• Adhere to unit policies, perform patient assessments, and maintain documentation in EMR systems.
• Support call coverage and occasional overtime as required.

Required Qualifications
• Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Experience in orthopedics, total joints, general surgery, robotics, urology, or neuro is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Neuro experience for call coverage.
• Basic endovascular skills.
• Experience working with advanced surgical equipment and techniques.
