• Nights, 12-hour shifts, part of a 3-shift per week schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Perform computerized tomographic (CT) radiographs according to established practices and protocols.
• Review exams for clinical appropriateness and prioritize exams effectively.
• Communicate effectively in critical situations and demonstrate knowledge of hospital policies.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with radiation safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and radiation exposure monitoring.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current ARRT certification in CT.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute.
• NM State License for radiologic technologists.
• Use of dosimeters (such as OSL or TLD) to monitor radiation exposure, with quarterly evaluation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of two (2) years of recent CT imaging experience.
• Epic system experience (preferred).
