Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services primarily in orthopedics.
• See approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records.
• Collaborate with staff and support a positive patient experience.
• Participate in ongoing education and compliance standards as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or be eligible to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with a guarantee of 36 hours.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic outpatient care.
• Ability to handle a high patient volume with efficiency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
