Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Schedule / Job Type: Travel, 13-week assignment, days shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical setting according to hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and document vital signs and medical histories.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to a travel assignment.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of hospital electronic health records systems.
