• Days, 13-week travel assignment, full-time (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a 24-bed cardiac stepdown/PCU unit with a patient ratio of 1:4 during day shifts
• Manage telemetry monitored patients, including those post-TAVR, cardiac catheterizations, ablations, watchmen, and cardio drips
• Collaborate with charge nurses, PCTs, and monitoring techs to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Document patient care using the Allscripts system and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
• Float to similar units as needed following hospital policy
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, including BLS and ACLS certifications

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New Hampshire
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in telemetry, cardiac care, or similar acute settings
• Proven ability to care for post-procedural cardiac patients, including TAVR, ablations, and pacemaker management
• Ability to work the scheduled days and every other weekend

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with TAVR, ablations, watchmen, STEMI care, and device management such as pacemakers and cardio mems
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and cardiac drips
• Experience working in a hospital’s stepdown or IMC unit
