• Full-time, Days, 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinic nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, including catheter insertions, medication administration, and patient assessments.
• Perform genitourinary procedures such as Foley catheter insertions and removals, as well as urine collection instructions.
• Support physicians with sterile procedures, cystoscopies, and other outpatient interventions.
• Conduct vital signs, laboratory result interpretation, and patient education.
• Communicate patient status updates to nurses and physicians, and participate in patient triage and phone follow-up.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state LVN or LPN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Experience with genitourinary procedures, including Foley catheter insertion.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and medication administration (IM, SQ, oral).
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records, specifically EPIC.
• Own stethoscope required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Surgical oncology experience.
• Experience working in outpatient urology clinics.
