Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a senior living facility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional abilities.
• Collaborate with a small, experienced rehab team to ensure quality care.
• Utilize state-of-the-art rehab equipment in a large, well-equipped gym.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license for Occupational Therapy.
• Strong clinical skills in geriatric rehabilitation.
• Ability to work independently within a team setting.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in senior living or rehabilitation settings.
• Familiarity with advanced rehab equipment and therapy techniques.

Additional Details

• Competitive salary within the range of $35/hr to $44/hr.
• 10% salary placement fee.
