Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy assessments and treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in physical therapy or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and patient safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient, skilled nursing, or hospital environments.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
