Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Implement therapy sessions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in clinical or hospital-based physical therapy.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient, inpatient, or rehab settings.
• CPR certification and additional specialty certifications are a plus.
