Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy plans to improve patient's mobility, strength, and overall wellness.
• Document patient progress and communicate clinical findings to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Permanent US work authorization.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with geriatric or long-term care populations.
• Knowledge of appropriate therapies and interventions for SNF patients.
