Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13-week contract, days shift, working 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care for Post-Op CABG, vascular, and general cardiac patients in a stepdown/IMC unit
• Manage cardiac drips, titrations, and electrolyte replacements accurately
• Monitor and manage patients with chest tubes, epicardial pacing wires, and TR bands
• Document patient care activities using Meditech system
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support unit policies and participate in team efforts to maintain a high standard of care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in cardiac or stepdown units
• Current BLS and ALS certifications
• Experience with Post-Op CABGs, vascular, and cardiac patient management
• Knowledge of cardiac drips, titrations, and electrolyte replacement
• Ability to manage chest tubes, pacing wires, and TR Bands

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Meditech or similar electronic documentation systems
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Experience working in fast-paced hospital environments
