Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Support patient rehabilitation and recovery through therapeutic exercises and interventions.
• Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and responses.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Proven experience assisting in physical therapy settings.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Knowledge of therapy equipment and documentation procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
