Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts, Days

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, utilizing ECG recognition skills.
• Administer medications and treatments following facility protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio license or Compact state license in hand.
• Minimum of 18 months recent experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry.
• 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Successful passing scores on ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Willing to work at least every other holiday.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with hospital electronic medical records systems.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Prior travel or agency experience preferred but not required.
