Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized wound care to patients in a clinical setting
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized wound treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proof of negative TB screen within the past 12 months
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous wound care experience or certification preferred
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
