Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
• Rotating shifts, 3x12-hour shifts (Night and Day shifts)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit at Cleveland Clinic’s main campus.
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and respond to patient needs during assigned shifts.
• Recognize and interpret ECG rhythms, ensuring prompt and proper interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately and timely.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel.
• Recent Cardiac Stepdown experience, travel experience acceptable.
• Valid Ohio license or compact license in Hand.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Willingness to work at least every other holiday.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• PCU/Progressive care experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, specialty care setting.
