Full-time, night shift (3x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients during night shifts.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to hospital protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient outcomes.
• Complete required modules and documentation as part of orientation and ongoing training.
• Maintain compliance with all travel and licensing regulations.
• Float within hospital departments or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio (must be active at the time of submission).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current ACLS certification (mandatory).
• Ability to practice and adhere to hospital protocols during night shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital setting with medical-surgical units.
• Ability to complete required modules through HealthStream.
• Flexibility to float between departments as needed.
